Fluidconcepts warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original user—or up to 25 years for corporations and institutions. This applies only in the U.S. and Canada and only to purchases made through authorized Fluidconcepts dealers, installed by trained professionals.

• Rigid Thermofoil (RTF): 5 years (work surfaces, storage fronts, cases)

• Moving Parts: 5 years (glides, slides, casters, arms, bases, adjustable mechanisms)

• Accessories: 1 year (task lights, grommets, articulating keyboard trays)

• Lighting/Electrical (non-Fluidconcepts): Covered by the original manufacturer only

• Normal wear and tear (chips, scratches, dents)

• Negligence, misuse, or damage during/after installation

• Consumables (e.g., light bulbs, certain accessories)

• Non-standard or modified products

• Color variations in wood, marble, leather, or textiles

All shipping damage (visible or concealed) must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, with supporting photos and documentation. No exceptions.

Replacement parts are available for up to 3 years from the original purchase date (through Fluidconcepts or authorized dealers).

Fluidconcepts will, at its option, repair or replace defective products. Consent must be obtained before any warranty work is performed. Products must be returned with proof of purchase, and prior written authorization is required.

This warranty is limited to repair or replacement only. It does not cover labor, transportation, or incidental costs. Fluidconcepts is not responsible for lost profits, goodwill, or consequential damages. (Some state/provincial laws may override these exclusions.)
